Intern (f/m) - Product Management Productivity

Your Tasks:

The "Productivity Commercial Product Management" team is in charge of the success of the business e-mail and the productivity products especially in terms of market definition, product portfolio, pricing, marketing plan and customer acquisition.

You will join an international team that plays in a dynamic and worldwide market. You will develop your knowledge regarding the IT sector and the SMBs environment. You will share insights with the team and participate in building action proposals.

With your assignments you will support the department to be successful and you will be supported by the team or a team member, according to your profile and your needs. The main tasks are:
Performance: reporting of the main commercial KPIs , search of explanation, improvements in the reporting tools.
  • Sales Acquisition/Conversion: follow-up of the sales channels, identification of optimization opportunities, concept proposal, bug detection and follow-up, management of small projects.
  • Competition: follow-up of the competition, identification of trends though research, possible proposal of adaptations.
  • Further research of the e-mail & producitivity market and deep dives on target groups.
  • Supporting on proposals for management decision papers.

We Appreciate:

You are on last or pre-last semester of your study and your are looking for a full time intership.

  • Fluent in English or German. Additional Language is a plus.
  • Analytical skills, as well as good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Affinity with the web, online businesses or SMBs. Ideally, knowledge in Sales or Marketing.
  • You are proactive and seek for continuous learning.
  • Curious, dynamic and responsible.
  • Team spirit.
