For our location in Bucharest we are looking for a:

IT Service Engineer

Your Tasks:

As an IT Service engineer, your primary focus will be on internal user support for company PC"s, printers, voip desk phones, and related equipment and services.

General tasks include:

" Installation of OS and software using the internal deployment systems.

" Doing hardware upgrades and installations

" Offering support regarding various software issues that might arise

" License tracking and management

" Hardware Inventory tracking and maintenance

" Deploying hardware setup for new employees

" Using internal tools to handle various DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Exchange and network issues

" Programming / Scripting skills are a plus

We Appreciate:

" Education: Preferably a degree in the IT&C domain

" Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience

" Competencies:

- Experience with Windows and Linux OS. (experience on OS X is a plus)

- General knowledge regarding network technologies, protocols and ports

- General knowledge regarding end user IT&C devices

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies is a plus

- Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus

" Good working knowledge of the English language (German is a plus)
